*grandmother sends some money to help with college *
Me: Now I can afford the book i needed!
Mom: Book for what?
Me: For college. (DUHH!)
Mom: But you have to give some of the money to your sister, she needs new shoes.
*Sister has a lot of money in her wallet (enough to afford the shoes) *
Me: So you are going to help me buy the book, because that way I wont have enough money...
Mom: We will see about that.
Me: ...... (WTF?!?!?!)
So in the end i learned that new shoes are more important than education.
